TERMS OF SERVICE

Who we are. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.the-holy-bible.online and www.livingwordbibles.com (together, the “Sites”), owned and operated by Living Word Bibles (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, don’t use the Sites.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Sites. The Sites are not directed to children under 13.
All text, scripture layouts, UI, logos, graphics, and other content on the Sites are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Sites or their content.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Sites for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Sites; (b) reverse engineer or scrape the Sites; (c) use the Sites to violate any law or rights of others; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
The Sites may link to third-party sites, display third-party ads (including Google AdSense), or include affiliate links (including Amazon Associates). We don’t control third-party sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Sites or violation of these Terms.
If you believe material on the Sites infringes your copyright, email gospel@livingwordbibles.com with a notice that includes: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the infringing material and its location; (d) your contact info; (e) your good-faith statement; and (f) statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy and ownership/authorization. DMCA safe harbors exist for service providers that follow the statutory process.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
